

PARENTAL & MATERNITY LEAVE PROGRAMS
When you’re expanding your family, you need the time away to recover, bond and get adjusted to new life with your new family member(s). The following programs are available to employees at nbkc:

Leave Duration | Up to 12 weeks | 2 weeks | Six weeks of leave, paid at 100% if employed for at least six months | Eight weeks of leave, paid at 100% if employed for at least six months |
Pay Schedule | PTO for 5 days, STD, Parental Leave, PTO or unpaid | 2 weeks paid at 100% | PTO for 5 days, 5 weeks STD, 2 weeks Parental Leave = 8 total weeks of leave paid at 100% (+ any PTO) | PTO for 5 days, 7 weeks STD, 2 weeks Parental Leave = 10 total weeks of leave paid at 100% (+ any PTO) |
