VESTING

nbkc bank is proud to offer immediate vesting. Yes you read that right, your match is yours from your first contribution and onward. (Yeah, we think that’s pretty cool too).

COMPANY MATCH

nbkc bank matches 50 cents on the dollar up to 6% of the employee’s contribution. Maximum match is 3.0%.

ENROLLMENT

New Hire enrollment takes place online with quarterly entry dates (1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1). nbkc bank will automatically withhold 6% of your compensation from each payroll period and contribute the amount to the Plan as Pre-Tax 401(k) deferral, unless you set your contribution rate to 0% or make an alternate election.
