Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Whether you’re dealing with stress, relationship challenges, financial concerns, legal questions, family responsibilities, or simply need someone to talk to, the TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here to help.

Available to you and your eligible family members at no additional cost, the EAP provides confidential support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Licensed clinicians and experienced professionals are available to help you navigate life’s challenges so you can focus on your health, well-being, and everyday life.

Confidential Counseling

Connect with licensed counselors in person or virtually for support with:

    • Stress, anxiety, and depression
    • Family and relationship concerns
    • Grief and loss
    • Alcohol or substance use
    • Workplace challenges
    • Trauma and other personal issues

Unlike many traditional Employee Assistance Programs, TELUS Health does not limit counseling to a preset number of sessions. Instead, the number of sessions is based on your individual needs and the clinical recommendation of your counselor, ensuring you receive the right level of support.

    • Legal Support – Unlimited phone and online legal information plus referrals for discounted in-person legal consultations.
    • Financial Guidance – Speak with financial professionals and access online planning tools and educational resources.
    • Child & Elder Care Resources – Referrals and assistance locating childcare, elder care, adoption, and community resources.
    • Identity Theft Support – Consultation with Fraud Resolution Specialists.
    • Digital Wellbeing Tools – Self-guided programs for stress, anxiety, depression, sleep, and emotional wellness, along with virtual peer support groups.
    • Life Coaching – Guidance for career development, work-life balance, personal growth, time management, and goal setting.
