nbkc referral program

nbkc takes great pride in its recruitment and selection process—a process which resulted in you joining our Bank. Our history indicates that one of the best sources of high quality applicants are referrals from our existing employees. Should nbkc hire a qualified employee referral, the referring employee will receive a referral bonus in the amount of $3,000 (less applicable taxes) based on the following payout schedule and the referee’s duration of employment.

  • After 90 days – $500
  • After 1 year – $1,000
  • After 3 year – $1,500

Qualifications for the Employee Referral Program:

  1. Applicants must have listed your name as the employee referring them
  2. Applicants must not have applied to the company for the last year
  3. Supervisors may not refer employees to their own teams
  4. Applicants must not have worked with nbkc bank in the past
  5. Must be hired as a permanent Full or Part-Time employee
  6. Referrals cannot be relatives of employees
  7. Employee and Referral must be employed and in good standing at nbkc bank
  8. SVP, EVP and Board Members are not eligible for
    Referral Payments
